    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

    Return Window

    You may return unopened products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Due to the nature of our herbal tinctures, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are defective.

    Eligible Returns

    We accept returns for:

    • Unopened products in original packaging
    • Damaged products (please contact us immediately)
    • Products received in error
    • Defective products

    How to Return

    To initiate a return:

    1. Contact us at hello@trailsideherbs.com with your order number
    2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return label if applicable
    3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
    4. Ship the return using the method we provide

    Refunds

    Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@trailsideherbs.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
